What it is
Each unit type is drawn to scale: walls, doors, windows, counters, closets. The prospect adds their own furniture by its real measurements and moves it around the apartment on their phone. Overlaps turn red. A measure tool reads any gap in feet and inches. They can print the layout or save it for move-in day. No app, no account, no sign-in.
How it works for the prospect
Scan the QR on the flyer or in the model unit, or tap the link on your floor plans page. Pick the unit type.
Measure each piece, type in its width and depth, or pick a common size from the list.
Pieces that overlap turn red. Print the plan or save a backup. The layout stays in their own browser.

Send CAD or dimensioned plans for each unit type and it is live in about two weeks. No drawings? We measure the model units on site.
The part we say out loud
The space dimensions, meaning walls, doors, windows, and fixed features, come from our drawing of the unit type, built from your plans or our measurements. The furniture dimensions are the ones the prospect enters, and the result is only as accurate as those numbers.
The planner checks geometry: whether shapes overlap and how far apart they sit. It does not judge whether a layout is right for anyone, and it is not a construction, survey, architectural, or permitting document. Units of the same type can vary; we say so on every planner.
Pricing
One annual licence per community, billed monthly, quoted for your unit count after a short call. Setup is included when you supply CAD drawings of each unit type; a measured visit is quoted separately. Portfolio pricing from five communities on one agreement.
A free sample comes first: tell us the community and we will build one floor plan from your published plan so you can see the prospect's experience before anything is signed.
